Shipping
We ship across Canada. Orders over $75 ship free. Under that, a flat rate is shown at checkout.
Most orders leave our shop within 1 to 2 business days. Our team confirms your tracking after the order is placed.
Delivery times
Once shipped, most orders arrive in 3 to 7 business days, depending on where you are. Remote areas may take a little longer.
Returns
Not the right fit? Return unworn gear in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund. Rackets must be unused with the cover intact, and balls must be sealed.
How to start a return
Email us at hello@thepadleshop.com with your order number. We will send you a return label and simple steps.
Refunds
Once we get your return, we process refunds within 5 business days to your original payment method.
Warranty
Every product has a 1 year warranty against manufacturing faults. Rackets also have a 30 day breakage guarantee from your first game.
